Course Title: Intro to Robotics
Material Level: Introductory
Age Range: 12-18
Class Description: Robotics is growing in popularity every year. In this program, students will be exposed to the basics of robotics. They will learn about components, such as servos and stepper motors, and will learn the importance of microcontrollers in the field of robotics. Students will learn to solder circuits, and over the course of the program the class will assemble a basic robot.
Class Objective: Learn the basics of robotics. Use a soldering gun and electronics equipment. Work together with other learners to build a basic robot.
Location: Made New Makerspace, 5366 F Street
Dates: Wednesdays at 11:30am, March 9-April 27

Cost: $65 Tuition, $20 Materials
